Q) What are the system requirements for this music service?
A) In order to download music from indiestore.com we recommend broadband internet access via a personal computer with at least the following minimum system requirements:
- PC requirements: you will require a PC running Windows 98 or above with Flash Player 8 and software, such as iTunes, that will play music downloads. We would recommend you use Windows XP and Windows Media Player 11.
- Mac requirements: A Mac running OS X 10.1 or later with Flash Player 8 and software, such as iTunes, that will play music downloads.
Q) What quality are the downloads?
A) The downloads are encoded at 192kbps and are virtually indistinguishable from CD-quality audio. They are available in WMA, AAC and MP3 formats.
Q) Will these downloads work on a Mac?
A) Yes they will. All indiestore tracks are available in WMA, AAC and MP3 formats ? the latter two being compatible with your iPod.

Why can't I hear the previews
A) To hear track previews, your browser must support Javascript, and it must be enabled. We recommend Firefox, which you can download from here
Q) I am having trouble downloading a track
If you have a personal firewall or are behind a corporate firewall, you may experience problems downloading the track(s). You can try temporarily disabling your firewall or speaking to your Company's IT support to see if they can resolve this. Q) I have downloaded a track but am having trouble playing it.
1: Format
Check that you have downloaded the correct format for your music player. For example, Windows Media Player will not play AAC files just as iTunes won?t play WMA files.
2: Have you reached your download limit?
Each track you purchase via indiestore can be downloaded from your account a maximum of four times. If you have downloaded a track the maximum number of times you will not be able download it again.
