Notice and Takedown procedure for copyright owners

If you believe that your copyright has been infringed by an indiestore user, please write to:

1. URL of indiestore in question
2. Name of track(s)
3. URL of indiestore in question
4. Evidence of ownership of material in question including names of all songwriters, publishing company, record label and other appropriate information
5. A written statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that all information provided in your notice is accurate and complete and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized under power of attorney to act on the copyrights owner’s behalf

We will investigate and ask indiestore owner to dispute if they wish. We will then remove the offending items. We can only accept requests from the actual copyright holder or an agent who has rights to represent their copyrights.
